The staff at this hotel is amazing. Our concierge, Rosita, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. She gave us great recommendations and made us feel welcome. The whole team was friendly and helpful, providing genuine smiles and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains.

No major issues, just a small suggestion to have coffee prepared in a different way. Instead of using a machine, having a French press or a regular drip coffee maker would enhance the quality of the coffee.

We had the BEST stay ever at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that were out of this world. The rooms were spotless and had a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. And let's not forget about the dinner - it was absolutely delicious and the price was more than reasonable. You HAVE to try it while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The living room lacked proper blackout curtains, making it too bright at night.

The location of the hotel is great, only a short distance from the town center, where you can find many restaurants and shops. the hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start my busy days during my business trip. The rooms were very comfortable and provided all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Sadly, the hotel lacked basic communication skills, making it difficult to understand what services were offered. The staff seemed unprepared to assist me during check-in, offering little information about the hotel's facilities.

Celebrated New Year with the family here and it was beyond our expectations. the staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. the rooms were cozy, rustic, and had stunning mountain views, which was a perfect spot to enjoy during the snowy season. we all loved the restaurant's delicious food and the reasonable prices.

Though the ambiance of the hotel was lovely, the fireplace was not on, which could have made the experience even more comfortable. it would have been nice to have more information about nearby attractions and activities, beyond the basic details offered upon check-in.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cozy atmosphere, fine views, and nice staff who gave us great tips on exploring the area. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel on our last night. Highly recommended!
